Determination of Plant Parasitic Nematodes on Oil Rose Growing Areas in Isparta Province of Türkiye

The study was carried out to investigate plant parasitic nematodes in oil rose growing areas Isparta province July-August 2022. Soil samples were taken from 15 different and the with 65 samples. A total of 12 species determined study. These are Tylenchus spp., Aphelenchus Pratylenchus Dictylenchus Dorylaimus Paratylenchus Longidorus Xiphinema Meloidogyne Helicotylenchus spp. Merlinus (52.3%), (38.5%) (41.5%) seemed be most prevailing genera. least common genus is (7.6%). Root knot nematode molecular identification by species-specific primers larvae. 5 cultivated fields found infected detected hapla Chitwood, 1949. Densities M. varied between 60-480/100 g soil. This first report on Türkiye.
